iOS 4.3 to bring personal hotspot to all iPhones

Some say it's unconfirmed and BGR says it's confirmed. Well, I think this is something that will really come to the next iOS release. And so, I lean together with BGR that this is confirmed. This feature have already debuted with Verizon's iPhone that was announced yesterday. The feature, although present when you jailbreak your iPhone, is already included in Android 2.2 Froyo so Apple needs to do a little of catching up in order to be at par with at least the Froyo version of it's major competition. The feature will basically allow your iPhone to connect up to 5 devices over WiFi through your iPhone's data connection. Well you very well know this feature already, just think of it as tethering wireless, in fact it's still called tethering.
