Well, HTC is yet to announce to the world their tablet challenger, and with rumors already lurking around the internet, HTC might have been pressured in releasing one as soon as possible. Specs of the alleged HTC Flyer, the name given to their soon to be announced tablet, are leaked.
Alleged HTC Flyer leaked specs:
- Android 2.3 Gingerbread
- 7″ display (1024×600 resolution)
- Snapdragon processor (MSM8255)
- HDMI-out
- 4G LTE
- 1.3MP front camera
- 5MP back camera
- Skype pre-installed
The device is said to be upgradeable to Android 3.0 Honeycomb, but I wonder why HTC's first tablet will be running on Gingerbread? Why not just put the Androis OS built entirely for tablets? Weird. Anyway, we could see this device being announced during MWC 2011 so another reason why I should be updating you with what is happening over in Barcelona, Spain.
