I got confused with Acer's PR, so I will be trying my best to organize the information that the press release is trying to say. One thing's for sure, Acer outs their latest Aspire line of laptops which comes equipped with Intel's Sandy Bridge processors and the new AMD dual-core CPU. Head over the break for this line's specs and whatnots. I hope I don't get messed up with the confusing model numbers and which CPU goes to which model.
3 Aspires are getting the Sandy Bridge chips from Intel these are the Acer Aspire 5750, 5750G and Aspire 7750G notebooks. They will all be equipped with the 2nd generation Intel Core i7 (2630QM) quad-core processors that offers you Intel's "fastest" processors ever. The processor comes equipped with Intel's Turbo Boost 2.0 technology.
