iPhone Daylight Saving Time bug causing alarms in Europe to fail

This bug concerning the iPhone was already discovered in Australia. It's caused by switching from DST (Daylight Saving Time) to Standard Time. The iPhone's clock correctly change from DST to ST but it's alarm is still set to DST causing it to set off an hour later than expected. Apple has already said that it will be releasing a software fix for this in Australia but has not yet started rolling it out. Now the continent being affected is Europe.

Twitter has been flooded with tweets saying that iPhone users are having problems with their alarms set on their iPhones saying that they set off an hour later.  Although Apple acknowledged the bug, why wasn't it rolled out to include the mess it is causing in Europe? The next country to switch from DST to ST is the US on November 7, they are yet to experience the bug, so let's see what happens.

Any iPhone users out there experiencing this problem?
