Although BlackBerry have already announced that it will be positioning the Playbook in the tablet market "competitively" by setting it's price at $500, we have reports today that says that the PlayBook will start selling from $399. The price is said to vary with the amount of internal memory.
The PlayBook will come in three different storage capacities those are 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB versions each will cost $399, $499, and $599, respectively.
Take note that the tablet will not feature data connectivity but will certainly have WiFi connectivity.
" Versions of the tablet with integrated wireless carrier connectivity will not arrive sooner than 2012."
The tablets will be hitting the US in the1st quarter of 2011 and the rest of the world will start getting their PlayBooks on the 2nd quarter of the same year.
