Firefox 4 Beta 5 ready for download with Visualizing Sound and Faster Graphics

As you might already know Mozilla Firefox 4 is still on its beta phase and Firefox, on their announcement of their first Beta version of Firefox 4 said that we should expect updates almost every 2 weeks. Well, the updates might not be really every 2 weeks but they kept their promise.

So here comes Firefox 4 with their latest build of the beta which is Build 5 or to put everything precise, the Firefox 4 Beta 5. You can download the browser here.

Anyway three things were added on the Beta 5. Visualizing Audio, which I have read but do not understand anything. This feature is made more towards web developers so i won't blog about it. Second, is a secure web browsing experience, of course. A browser update can never be an update without added security features. But there is one thing that caught my attention after updating my Firefox 4 Beta 4 into Beta 5. The feature mentioned by Firefox is said to increase Graphics performance.

Firefox 4 Beta now takes advantage of the built-in graphics hardware in Windows computers with DirectX 10 to improve graphics performance. On supported hardware, Firefox will use Direct2D by default to speed up the display of content on graphically intensive websites, giving more power to the Web.

Click on our trusty source link below to watch the video that will compare how this feature, enhanced graphics, is better off than that of the Firefox 4 Beta 4.
