Samsung Wave II to hit the UK shores in December

Samsung's 5th Bada-based smartphone, Samsung Wave II S8530, will be hitting the shores of the UK in December. It features a 3.7 inch Super Clear LCD display, yup not the Super AMOLED, with a 480 x 800 screen resolution. It's got Samsung's TouchWiz UI (same with Samsung's Android devices), WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, HSPA, a 5MP camera with full HD video recording that's 720p,  and a 1GHz processor. Samsung UK have once announced that the Wave II will cost €429 ($599) the price of the device in the UK would be around £376. Take note that my conversions are estimates, they actually have decimal values but I round them off.

Samsung announces 5th Bada-based smartphone - Samsung Wave 2

The Samsung Wave 2 S8530 is Samsung's 5th Bada-based smartphone, Bada is Samsung's own mobile OS. As the name of the smartphone itself says, it is here to replace the Samsung Wave S8500. You may not notice the difference between the two smartphones because basically the Wave 2 is like an exact replica of the Samsung Wave 1. But look closely and see the difference, the big difference that is.
