IND: Lenovo launches the ThnkPad Tablet, IdeaPad K1, and IdeaPad A1 in India


Tablets rained down in India with Lenovo launching three of their Android-powered tablets. These are the Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet, the IdeaPad K1, and the IdeaPad A1 all of which are priced and should be available in the country. This is Lenovo's first entry into the Indian tablet market and so they are making it a blast offering the market their topnotch tablet and their very affordable IdeaPad A1. Lenovo IdeaPad A1 now available starting at $199


Lenovo has made the IdeaPad A1 Android Gingerbread-powered tablet available starting at $199. For that price you'd be getting the tablet with 16GB of internal storage. You can go ahead and order one over at Lenovo's website. This specific device was unveiled by Lenovo back in IFA 2011 and is one, if not the cheapest tablet you'd find in the market.

Lenovo unveils the Lenovo IdeaPad A1 7-inch Android tablet


Aside from Samsung and Toshiba showing off their own Android tablet at IFA 2011, Lenovo has their own Android tablet they are showcasing at the same event in Berlin. Lenovo's tablet is not like Samsung's or Toshiba's which says "I'm the world's thinnest" or "I have Super AMOLED Plus on" but the Lenovo IdeaPad A1 7-inch Android Gingerbread powered tablet is one of the cheapest in the market when this device becomes available. So how cheap is it really? The 8GB version will only cost you $199. How's that for something that's easy on the wallet?
