Samsung's first smartphone to be announced in 2013, comes in the form of a device that was very popular back in 2011. Dubbed as the Samsung Galaxy S II Plus, this device, apparently, is an upgraded version of the beautifully designed Galaxy S II (Samsung's 2011 Android flagship smartphone). The Galaxy S II Plus, according to Samsung's presser, combines the performance of the SGS II with the nature-inspired UI of their new TouchWiz UI. That, I believe, means that all the great features in the latest TouchWiz has will be on this device like S-Beam, Smart Stay, Direct Call, and etc.
