Sony Mobile announced the Xperia Z

After a long break from those times when phone makers announce their babies to the world, at CES 2013, the Japanese brand, Sony Mobile, has announced and presented to the world their first ever, not to mention a brilliantly designed, quad-core smartphone. Dubbed as the Sony Xperia Z, this is one of the two variants of the device, the other one I will be posting after this. The Xperia Z is probably, Sony's new Android flagship smartphone, ready to take on the likes of the Galaxy S III or HTC's One X (or X+). The Xperia Z, is officially the first smartphone to be announced in 2013 and has a long way to go from here. We still have to wait and see what smartphones the other OEMs out there will be announcing this year. For now, let us just enjoy the beauty and brilliance of the Xperia Z. The device is expected to be launched globally in the 1st quarter of this year for an undisclosed price.
