AT&T has officially made both the Nokia Lumia 900 and the HTC Titan II available for would-be-buyers. We already know that the Lumia 900 will be priced at $99.99 compared to the HTC Titan II's $199.99 tag price. Both run on Windows Phone 7.5 Mango.
