Acer did not only show off the Iconia Tab A700 at CES 2012 but they also came with the A501 which is also a quad-core tablet. The A510 is an apparent successor to the Taiwanese company's A500 tablet. Since it succeeds its older brother it means this device will have more power to it, true enough it sports nVidia's latest mobile chipset technology with quad-core awesomeness in it and of course Android's latest version, 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
The nVidia Tegra 3 chipset that the A510 sports is clocked at 1.3GHz. Like the A700 the A510 sports the same display size at 10.1" with a screen resolution of 1280x800 (which is a less jaw dropping than that of the A700).
The A510's other features include a 5MP rear facing camera, 2MP front, WiFi, 3G (optional), and a microSD card slot for your external storage needs. For now, we still do not have any pricing and when Acer plans to launch and make the device available for purchase.
