HTC's most affordable smartphone to date, the HTC Explorer, is now available in the UK. Announced back in September, the HTC Explorer is now being sold by Clove UK for £192 of course unlocked and SIM-free. The Explorer sports a 3.2" display and is being powered by a 600MHz processor. The handset runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread with the latest version of HTC Sense (Sense 3.5). For those who wants a budget friendly smartphone then the HTC Explorer is the phone for you.
