This is a bit of a late report but anyway, the Motorola Defy+, apparent successor to the Motorol Defy, is now available over at Clove UK. The retailer is asking for £246 (VAT inclusive) for a SIM-free Defy+ which you can order here. The Defy+ is an IP67-certified handset making it a touch Android smartphone just like the handset it precedes. Anyway, for the Defy+'s specs click here.
