Sony Ericsson announced in the Philippines two new Android smartphones that will be joining it's Android line up in the market. The Xperia Ray and the Xperia Active are both running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread and both are positioned to be a mid-range smartphone that will definitely pack a punch. Sony Ericsson is yet to unveil a dual-core offering so these are not dual-core packing smartphones but nonetheless these are pretty good phones.
So, for the pricing, the Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray is given an SRP of Php 17,500 ad the Xperia Active at Php 15,500. Pretty good pricing for a smartphone specially the Xperia Ray.
Take note though that the Xperia Active is not yet available in the Philippines but the Xperia Ray is.
