Sprint is said to release the Android 2.3 Gingerbread update of their Galaxy Tab, the 7-inch Froyo, tablet in July 5th. The update will be available OTA and will bring in all the Gingerbread goodness into the tablet and HID Bluetooth. Another Sprint device by Samsung will also be getting a software update and this time it's a smartphone.
The Samsung Transform, on the same date, will also be getting a software update. Unfortunately, this will not bring Gingerbread into the device but rather, it will be bringing in error fixes.
