If you own a Google Nexus One with Vodafone UK, then get your phone updated to Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread. Vodafone have announced that the said version of the Android platform which is actually the latest and was being rolled out to the Nexus S and the Nexus One in the US.
Here is what Vodafone UK is listing on the things that should be expected from the update:
- UI Enhancements (simpler and slicker)
- New Android Keyboard, with easy copy/paste feature
- Improved Power Management
- Internet Calling support (Voip over SIP)
- Multiple Camera Management (front and back)
The update will be rolled out to the owners of the Nexus One that are with Vodafone and it will be done OTA. You should be getting a notification about an update is available and Vodafone is saying that you should follow what is in the notification and the apparent instructions in it.
