The world's first 3D capable smartphone was announced a while back that it will be launched globally and Europe will be the first continent to get a taste of some 3D awesomeness of the phone. It seems that the UK, is again, the first country to get the smartphone. Carphone Warehouse is currently making the LG Optimus 3D (specs) available to interested buyers.
When I went over to Carphone Warehouse's website the site now lists the phone only with the plan available for buyers. It means that you can't get the phone on pay as you go, but it needed to be tied up with a plan with a choice of carriers. I'm telling you this because my source reported about the smartphone being available not only with a contract but also in pay as you go.
Carphone Warehouse might have changed some things or I may be just late in reporting this, which I am truly sorry. Anyway, head over to the retailer's official website and check out what they have in store for you.
