The first Windows Phone Mango handset made by Fujitsu & Toshiba

Fujitsu Toshiba Mobile Communication Ltd., which is a joint venture of the two Japanese companies, announced the world's first Windows Phone Mango handset, the Fujitsu Toshiba IS12T. The phone will be available in September when KDDI will first launch it in Japan. The smartphone is not your ordinary smartphone since it is, I believe, the first water proof and dust proof Windows Phone device.

The smartphone will feature a 3.7" WVGA touchscreen display, a 13.2MP rear facing camera, 32GB of internal storage, and all the good stuff that you should expect from the Mango version of Windows Phone, which just went to RTM.

The press release from Fujitsu did not really say a lot about the device, except those stuff I have mentioned above. So far that is what we have. KDDI, September, and Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango).
