RIM released an update to the Twitter for BlackBerry 2.0 Beta app the app that not most BB users like and have received a lot of comments, negative comments. According to BlackBerry, this update is due to customer feedback that the first version of the beta app and I am sure it got a lot of feedback.

One of the main things that the update gets is a new and a lighter color scheme with white and blue. Composing a tweet is also updated. Now BB users who have this updated version of the app will have two options on how and where they will be composing a new tweet. Option 1 (photo above) and option 2 (photo below).
Support for Trending topics is also included in the update.
And My Profile which allows you to access your profile.
The next version of update of Twitter for BlackBerry should or will probably get multiple Twitter accounts support since BlackBerry said it so: "(teaser: this feature will be especially helpful should we include multi-account support in a future release. #justsayin =D)."
Finally,like what all updates does is it improves the performance and a better user experience. The app is currently available at the BlackBerry Beta Zone.
