According to a report by YugaTech, Samsung Galaxy Tab owners in the Philippines have started receiving the Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread update for the tablet. It would only make sense that the update would arrive at around the same time for the Samsung Galaxy S GT-i9000 since Samsung announced the global roll out of Gingerbread update to their Galaxy line of devices. According to readers of YugaTech, they have started receiving the said update. So if you own a Galaxy Tab, you should check it out. Make sure to use Samsung Kies with its latest version.
