The Motorola Xoom is officially launched in the Indian market. Both the 3G version and the WiFi version was launched and are both priced accordingly. The WiFi version will cost you Rs. 32,000 while the 3G enabled Xoom will be selling for Rs. 40,000. Both versions will be equipped with a 32GB internal storage.
On other news in India, the Asus EeePad Transformer is said to be made available in the country starting at the end of July. For the pricing, the Transformer will cost around Rs. 20,000 for the WiFi 16GB version of the tablet. We do not have enough details yet on this rumor but we will take it. As for now this is all that we have.
To my readers in India, are you diving into a Xoom or wait for the Asus EeePad Transformer, which is by the way is selling like hotcakes in the US, and get a Honeycomb tablet that will not cost you a fortune?
