RockMelt have updated their browser to the latest version, 0.9.56.171. The new version along with the cool new features the the 2nd beta had, brings in 2 new features, like the Quiet Mode and Localized search. For those who are running on RockMelt your browsers should be updated automatically and you can now use these new features when you open RockMelt.
The new Quiet Mode feature will allow RockMekt users to disable temporarily all their edge apps and the chat. Basically in a more easy way to understand it, entering the Quiet mode of RockMelt simply makes it a Chrome browser, get it? Of course, you can customize the settings on how your quiet mode would be like on your RockMelt browser by going to the Edges options. There you can choose which apps gets closed and which of them remains in the Quiet mode. Below is a snapshot of my RockMelt in Quiet mode (default settings - everything is closed).
Another great feature that comes with this version of RockMelt is Localized serch. You can do this by heading to the settings (options) page of your RockMelt and you can pick which country you want that "local" search you want the browser to have.
Of course, Chromium 11, where RockMelt is based is also running on the latest version of the browser.
