Remember that phone you see in the photo? That was then, the alleged Nokia X7. Today though two companies have uploaded on their respective YouTube channels videos about the X7. Those videos actually make the rumored and leaked smartphone official. The companies that uploaded the videos are Nokia and Three UK.
Yup that's an email notification telling me that Nokia have uploaded a new video on their channel. Unfortunately, when you go and view the video it is still set to private hence it cant be viewed for the mean time. Maybe, they are waiting for it to be announced by Nokia, probably in their London event in April 12th.

The other company who have uploaded a video about the Nokia X7 is Three UK. Their video isn't private but it can only be viewed by people who has the link.
Update: Three UK have made the video viewable to everyone!
So far what we know of the X7 is that it is a phone built for them music lovers. It features 4 speakers around the phone! According to Three UK's video, the X7 has a 4" ClearBlack touch screen display and runs on the latest version of the Symbian platform.
If anytime this will become more official with an announcement expect me to be blogging about it!
