Good day for the Aussies today! There 2nd Android 2.3 Gingerbread smartphone is now available in the land down under. The HTC Desire S, runs on Gingerbread and is powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor is currently available at MobiCity. It is priced at AUS$699 and that comes unlocked and SIM-free. We all know that the Desire S is the successor of the popular HTC Desire. What you will immediately notice with the Desire S is that it looses the physical button at the bottom of the device.
