Apple sues Korean giant Samsung Electronics for "copying" iDevices

This news literally grew like mushrooms when it first broke out thanks to the Wall Street Journal. According to the WSJ, the Cupertino-based company is suing the Koran giant, Samsung Electronics, for copying the "look and feel" of their iDevices. The complaint went like this: “Rather than innovate and develop its own technology and a unique Samsung style for its smart phone products and computer tablets, Samsung chose to copy Apple’s technology, user interface and innovative style in these infringing products,”. Apple have taken exception to the technologies used by Samsung on devices like the Galaxy S, Nexus S, and the Epic 4G handsets and as well as the Galaxy Tab. What they are really up to is the "look and feel" of the Samsung devices that, as what Apple puts it is infringing their intellectual copyrights.
