The Acer Aspire One 722 was showcased by Acer (who else) during the Mobile World Congress 2011 in Barcelona which I never blogged about. Anyway, the netbook, now has official press photos which means that the netbook will soon hit the market.
The laptop is made of molded plastic. Which allowed Acer to give that ripple effect on the device's lid. But it will not be it's main selling point. As we all know, what matters most in a laptop or any given device for this matter is what's inside it, the specs.
The netboook's internals might just be any other Aspire One's (more specifically the Acer Aspire One 522). It sports the same 1GHz C-50 Ontario processor with a Radeon HD 6250 graphics. But what makes the 722 a bit more enticing is the fact that it boast a high screen resolution than the 522 with the 722 having a 1366 x 768 screen reso and two bult-in speakers instead of just one. The 722 also gets more battery power life of 7hrs compared to the 522's 6hrs.
With regards to the netbook's pricing and availability, there is still no word about it. So just be contented with these press photos.
