Motorola Xoom to be launched in Japan & Germany in April

One of the most talked about Android 3.0 Honeycomb tablet is coming to Germany and Japan in April. The Motorola Xoom is already available in the US via Verizon Wireless while Germany and Japan will get their taste of the tablet 2 months from now.

T-Mobile Germany is the carrier who will be launching the dual-core tablet, exclusively. The carrier have not said about the tablet's price but you might want to check the tablet out at T-Mobile Germany's official website. The tablet will be sporting UMTS/HSPA+ connectivity in the said market.

In Japan, KDDI will be selling the tablet to the Japanese consumers. KDDI have released a presser announcing the tablet's availability in the "first half of April 2011". The press release looks like its saying that the carrier will only be selling the WiFi only version of the tablet.

For the German and the Japanese markets April is the month when you guys will be getting a chance to get your Motorola Xooms. Stay tuned for more updates
