Microsoft releases IE 9 RTM (Final release) - now available for download

Microsoft released the RTM (Release To Manufacturing) version of the Internet Explorer 9 right on time! The browser is now available for download over at the IE9 page. Of course, this update/version comes with the final polishing that the Release Candidate needs.

Fast. With IE9, the Web delivers a new level of performance by unlocking the power of the PC hardware through Windows.
Clean. With IE9, consumers can keep sites at the center of their browsing experience, pinning them to the taskbar and interacting with them the same way they do applications.
Trusted. IE9 offers industry-leading protections (like SmartScreen) for the real-world threats (such as malicious sites and phishing scams) that consumers face every day on a sometimes-hostile Web.
Interoperable. With hardware-accelerated HTML5, developers can use the same markup across browsers to deliver a new class of Web experiences that feel more like apps than sites.

The most noticeable feature that IE9 has that you cannot find in any other browser is the ability for you to pin your webpages directly to your taskbar.

"We’re excited to announce new exclusive offers from Groupon, Gilt Groupe, Slacker, Hulu, and eBay, for their customers running and using IE9. Some start today and some you will see over the coming months. These offers all have one thing in common – they showcase how sites can customize their web experience to take advantage of all IE9 has to offer."
Internet Explorer 9 will be available via Windows Update, of course, if you're running on the Windows OS. When I turned on my machine, Windows Update did not notify me of an IE update so I updated mine manually. For those who wants to go ahead and start using IE9 RTM then head to the download page of the browser here.
