Oh I did not expect this come really soon! It was just yesterday when HTC and Verizon announced that the launch date of the much talked about and the first LTE device will be revealed. Soon is today! And Verizon have announced that the Thunderbolt will be launched on Thursday, March 17, 2011.
Verizon, of course, also announced the price of the device at $249.99. LTE data plans with the device and with Verizon for $29.99 monthly (unlimited use). The network will also be offering free hotspot capabilities for free up to May 15.
"With the ThunderBolt by HTC, customers will need to subscribe to a Verizon Wireless Nationwide Talk plan and a 4G LTE data package. Nationwide Talk plans begin at $39.99 monthly access and an unlimited 4G LTE data plan is $29.99 monthly access."
