When Sprint announced the HTC Arrive (HTC 7 Pro) they said that it was to be launched in March 20th. Sprint also put a price tag of the device which costs $199.99. Sprint also allows you to pre-order the handset over at their site.
But if you want to get the phone with a lesser price then you might want to check out Amazon's offer for the HTC Arrive. They are currently allowing customers to pre-order the device for $149.99. I think amazon just dropped the price even lower. Well, it might be because Wirefly is offering it for the same price.
