BlackBerry have released the Beta version of their Facebook app. The beta, which carries the version number 2.0, gets it's UI redesigned. By simply looking at the photo above, BlackBerry users can immediately recognize the "redesidned" UI that RIM made.
One of the major things that RIM have incorporated into the Facebook for BlackBerry 2.0 Beta is the support for Facebook chat. Some of the few things that the app gets improvements on are the News Feeds which gets some "improvements, a newer much better navigation control (most likely the result of the BlackBerry 6 OS), Notifications Bar, External Notifications, and a new Profile UI and Profile Information viewing.
The app is currently available for download over at the BlackBerry Beta Zone. And...
"As this is an early preview, we have a limited number of beta spots open"
To top things off, the app is currently only available for BlackBerry smartphones running on the BlackBerry 6 OS. BlackBerry reassures that BlackBerry Software 4.6 and higher will get support as soon as they can
