The HTC Inspire 4G is yet to be launched by AT&T in February 13th but RadioShack is offering the handset for only $99 when you pre-order the device. It will also come with a $30 accessory credit when you pre-order the AT&T bound handset. RadioShack will be requiring you a $50 deposit - "which will be applied to a non-refundable RadioShack giftcard".
