Dell's entry into the smartphone business is not really looking good. For those who are wanting the Dell Venue Pro, then get ready to be disappointed. We have reports that the company (Dell) is working directly with Microsoft to "draft a battle plan" and those who got the handset already may have to swap their Venue Pros in exchange for a new Venue Pro, because Dell is doing something to units that are yet to be sold, they are doing things to get "those issues" solved. Dell have also posted an update on their blog and you might want to read it if you really want the phone.
