Facebook and Myspace held a press conference 2 days ago. What was with that press conference? Something that is a sign that Myspace have surrendered to Facebook, "more of an official surrendering ceremony for MySpace."
It was a short press conference about Myspace, apparently, using Facebook Connect for their users to quickly register a new (or want to register back) Myspace account or simply for a quick login. Although the Facebook Connect login was already at Myspace's login page, it wasn't that functional. That's what this little press conference is all about. Putting things official and making things functional.
This might be Myspace's way to keep things afloat. Well, things haven't been going great over at Myspace so this is something good for the surviving social networking site.
