Do you own an HTC Legend? Then you might be one of those who are waiting for the long awaited update to Android 2.2 Froyo, right? Well, your long wait has finally come to a somewhat a stop. well, not exactly sopped but at least HTC has finally answered your pleas and comments that an update to Android 2.2 Froyo for the HTC Legend is needed or is wanted. HTC said, officially, that the update for the handset will be released in the "coming weeks". Which means that "you won’t have to wait much longer!" But don't get too excited, HTC said that if your Legend are those that are "network carrier versions" then you might have to wait a little bit longer because the network carriers, aside from HTC's own "appropriate approval process", are also going to go through that process for those specific carriers. So, it's still good news though.
