In France the Palm Pre 2 was already leaked and made news but didn't get with much attention because Windows Phone 7 was landing on Earth. The photos apparently is courtesy of MobiFrance. With this leak it just made a reconfirmation of the smartphone's specs and of course the first live photos of it. The smartphone will be launched in France over at the French carrier SFR. The Palm Pre 2's design is not a surprise. Nonetheless, the smartphone will run on Palm's (HP) WebOS 2.0 OS.. It features a slide up full QWERTY keyboard with those shiny keys. It packs a 1GHz processor and 512 MB of RAM. Reports have said that the availability of the device will be on the next coming days. Now that's a surprise since it was only yesterday that the device's existence was confirmed.
