There are actually 4 Xperias that Sony Ericsson is offering, the widely famous, Xperia 10, and its siblings the Xperia 8, Xperia Mini, and the Xperia Mini Pro. All of which are running on Android 1.6 and share basically the same things except for the design, size, name and innards of the phones.
The Sony Ericsson Xperia 10 has the highest specs between the 4 Xperia, well that's why its the mother of all Xperias. But anyway, the Xperia 8 is the smaller version of the X10. Compared to the X10's 4inch TFT LCD touch screen display, the X8 has a 3 inch display with 320 x 480 screen resolution. It has a 600MHz processor powering the Android 1.6 Donut. 128MB of internal storage is provided, plus a microSD card slot that can support of up to 16GB of memory. And it comes with mostly the needed kind of features, like a 3MP camera, WiFi, 3G support, bluetooth, and A-GPS.
The smartphone will be launched in the Philippines on October 13.
