Google's been baking the largest Gingerbread man in the world! Not exactly, it's been rumored that Google might launch their latest Android version which was thought before as the Android 3.0 Gingerbread, but with the latest developments, it seems that the Gingerbread is version 2.3, according to a Google employee.

So, I think, we should be expecting an Android 2.3 Gingerbread launch in the very near future. The Google employee also said that the the version, yet to be launched. is a "major release". The new version is said to have added features, of course, I mean, what's the point of updating if there ain't any new things coming, right?
