Sony Ericsson working on a Windows Phones 7 device?

Sony Ericsson might be in rough waters today, with very disappointing devices that aren't at par with what's in the market today, at least for the software section of it all. It has been reported that Sony Ericsson is developing or is actively working on a device that will run on Windows Phone 7. Sony Ericsson has been struggling in trying to put a distinction in the market when it comes to smartphones. The SE Xperia 10 is not helping the company put a mark on the market. Good specs not so good software is not adding to a good equation.

The info about Sony Ericsson developing a WP7 device comes after the company have announced that they have stopped development of any Symbian-based devices. “Android is definitely our focus, but we have not given up on Microsoft’s Windows Mobile operating system, although it had a bit slow to take off. But Windows 7 Phone is on the roadmap,” said CTO Jan Uddenfelt. I hope that Sony Ericsson will get back up after they have stumbled and will then perform and get that "winning Windows 7 Phone" device a winning treatment.
