Motorola Droid X getting Android 2.2 update

And then there it was, as Verizon customers, specifically those who have the Motorola Droid X waited, the Android 2.2 update that the it needed and deserves.

Dubbed as one of the best Android smartphone out on the market today, the Motorola Droid X, the gigantic counterpart of Sprint's HTC Evo 4G, gets a bit of an Android 2.2 treatment. The phone's support page, at Verizon, has changed into what you can see on the photo. My source said that the update will started hitting to Droid X owners tomorrow, and by that I can say that Verizon will do the update OTA (Over The Air).

New things you get when your on Android 2.2 are full support of Flash 10.1, 270-degree screen rotation, automatic app update, Google Voice Actions, and the ability to make your phone a WiFi spot.
