Acer has officially announced that the Acer Iconia Tab A700, running on Android 4.0 ICS and sports an nVidia Tegra 3 quad-core processor, is now available for pre-order in the US. The tablet was first showcased during CES 2012 and finally it has made it into the US market priced at $449.99. Acer, at CES 2012, brought their first quad-core powered device and showcased it to the public. Called the Acer Iconia Tab A700, it runs on the latest available version of Android, 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and breathes nVidia's Tegra3 quad-core chipset. The tablet is also featuring Acer's own UI on a 10.1" (1920x1200) display. Acer is planning to launch the tablet come the second quarter of this year.
