Globe is not going to be slow when it comes to launching the Galaxy S II for sure. Smart has already announced that they will be starting to accept pre-orders of the Galaxy S II on May 23rd so what does the 2nd carrier in the country has to say about that? Well, they will also start taking pre-orders of the SGS3 on the same day. According to Globe, the smartphone will come with their very customizable plans. Unfortunately, the carrier did not mention at what plan the device will come free.
