LG announces their first quad-core smartphone - LG Optimus 4X HD


LG, yet again, unveiled another Android smartphone prior to MWC 2012. This device, is the phone maker's first quad-core device and is dubbed as the LG Optimus 4X HD. The name implies that this will succeed over the Optimus 2X but with a quad-core CPU on board. The CPU inside the smartphone is from nVidia and yes it's the Tegra 3 chipset. The handset will be running on Android 4.0 ICS, so expect no physical or capacitve buttons on the device's facade. Head over the bread to check out the specs.
