Verizon's Droid Pro now receives Android Gingerbread update


Verizon has pushed the Android Gingerbread update to their Motorola Droid Pro. So, basically, what this means for Droid Pro users is that your smartphone will now step out from Froyo and will now enter the Gingerbread world. What does that mean? Well, a lot, not only will your handset get all those Gingerbread goodness but also, Verizon and Motorola have included bug fixes with this update which includes that GPS-reset-the-phone issue the device had. Also, performance enhancements to the phone is included in this update and that includes better battery life on your Droid Pro.
