During a media event in Turkey today, Nokia announced their newest addition not only to their smartphone portfolio but also to their Symbian Belle devices. The Nokia 603 is a colorful and should be an affordable smartphone that runs on Symbian Belle and is powered by a 1GHz single-core processor. Head over the break for the specs.

The Nokia 603 will be available in Black or White and aside from that the rear covers are swappable and there are 6 colors. The phone is estimated to cost at around €200 (before taxes and subsidies) and will be launched in Q4 of 2011.
