Google Chrome updated to 14.0.835.187

I was not able to blog about a problem or issue with an anti-virus software since Anti-Virus software and the problems (some) they create are not my niche here but you should have read an article about Microsoft's own anti-virus software, Microsoft Security Essentials, had a problem with regards to Google Chrome, the browser. The update we have right now is for that issue. If you want to read more about that problem head over here, Google talked about it and things you can do to fix the problem. Microsoft also released an update to Microsoft Security Essentials that should also fix the problem. What's good is that both companies did their jobs and did it, I should say, immediately.

Google Chrome version 14.0.835.187, like what I have said, tries to confront the problem the browser gets with Microsoft Security Essentials. Now, I am not running or using Microsoft Security Essentials but I did the update even if I did not experience any problems.

I really can't say if those who are unaffected can just stay with the current version of their Google Chromes but for those who want to update their browsers you can do that by clicking on Settings (wrench button) > About Google Chrome > wait until the new version is installed > Relaunch the browser. You can also download the latest version of Google Chrome from it's official download page.
