Ok, before I start talking about the O2 update, let me first talk about a bit of history that I was unable to record here on TechPump regarding the HTC Sensation's software updates. Last month, T-Mobile USA have started pushing the Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread update to their HTC Sensation 4G. By that time, the same update was also pushed to unlocked version of the HTC Sensation in Europe. So, today, O2 UK have started pushing out their Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread update to the HTC Sensation they sold.
O2 UK is making the update available OTA so your phone should notify you if the update has already reached your device. It should come but the update is usually sent out in a staggered manner which means that everyone will get it but not at the same time.
