HTC's first Windows Phone 7 Mango device, the HTC Radar was unveiled by the Taiwan-based company during IFA 2011 in Berlin. HTC actually announced another WP7 Mango device, but I'll post about it after this. The smartphone gets an SRP of $569 and is expected to be launched in October of 2011.
