The first Android smartphone that Sony Ericsson announced in 2011, the Xperia Mini Pro, is now available for pre-order in the Indian market. The little smartphone that packs a punch is already available in the UK. The Xperia Mini Pro is being offered for pre-orders in India by two retailers, LetsBuy and Flipkart. Letsbuy is offering the Mini Pro for Rs. 13,139 and Flipkart is offering it for Rs. 12,990.
As a refresher the Xperia Mini Pro runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread with SE's Facebook Inside Xperia feature which gives the little phone a deep Facebook integration. It also sports a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, a 3" HVGA touchscreen display with Sony's Reality Display and Mobile Bravia Engine, and a 5MP rear facing camera capable of shooting 720p videos.
For those who are in India and wants to get the smartphone, head over to either Flipkart or Letsbuy to check out the offer. Flipkart is expecting to ship the smartphone in the 5th week of August while Letsbuy will ship it in 8-10 business days.
